Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased, we are happy to offer a return within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the item has not been used.
Unused Items:
- Unopened and Unused: If the cutting board is in its original condition / unopened / unused, you can return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
Exclusions:
- Used Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used cutting boards. Due to the nature of our products, exposure to bacteria and water damage may occur during use, making it impossible to resell used items.
- Custom orders: Custom items such as cutting boards with specific dimensions requested by our customers and/or specially made items not normally sold on our store (ex: coasters) are considered final sale. Manufacturing defects excluded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Full Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Shipping

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Insurance: Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
