  • United States: For orders shipped to the United States, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $19CAD.

  • Domestic: All orders within Canada are shipped via specified shipping agency listed on Shopify.

  • International: Orders to the United States are shipped via specified shipping agency listed on Shopify.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Within Canada: Estimated delivery time within Canada is listed at time of purchase.

  • United States: Estimated delivery time to the United States is listed at time of purchase.

Tracking Information:

  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Customs and Import Taxes:

  • Import Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Address:

  • Correct Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
