Crafted from maple, cherry, and walnut, the “SCHOLAR” butcher block/meat board combines strength with refined symmetry. Its edge-grain construction features a bold cherry center flanked by carefully balanced maple and walnut accents, creating a clean, architectural look.
Built thick at 1 1/2”, it’s ideal for serious prep and doubles as a striking serving piece. Handmade in Ottawa and finished with food-safe oils, it’s ready for daily use and built to last.

- Wash your board with warm, soapy water after use and ensure it's completely dry.
- Never soak your board / do not put in dishwasher.
- Reapply mineral oil and/or beeswax when your board starts to look like it's drying or loses its vibrancy.
- Keeping your board properly oiled will repel water, stains and will ensure you have it for years to come.
