Build your perfect set. Choose three edge grain cutting boards - one large, one medium, one small - each in the wood species of your choice.

The large 20" x 12" board handles BBQ carving and serious prep. The medium 14" x 12" is your everyday workhorse. The small 8" x 10" is perfect for serving, snacking, or a quick slice.

Five wood species: Maple, Cherry, White Oak, Walnut, and Purpleheart. Mix them, match them, or go all-in on one species - the color contrast between woods is half the appeal.

Each board is edge grain construction, hand-finished with food grade mineral oil and beeswax, and fully reversible. Made in Canada.

Maintenance & Care

  • Wash your board with a moist cloth after use and ensure it's completely dry.
  • Never soak your board / do not put in dishwasher.
  • Reapply mineral oil and/or beeswax when your board starts to look like it's drying or loses its vibrancy.
  • Keeping your board properly oiled will repel water, stains and will ensure you have it for years to come.
